CAPCA Head Start was pleased to open the new Mills Child Development Center in Kensett, Arkansas. The center reflects CAPCA's continuing efforts to identify and provide needed services to all eligible children and families within its service areas. Both Migrant Head Start and Regional Head Start children are served at this facility.
